With 25 years of Experience, focusing on both buyers and sellers in the Gull Lake School District market, Tom is an expert at helping clients establish a list of their wants and needs in finding their next home and helping them sell one of their most personal assets! Tom uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Tom is a lifelong resident of the Gull Lake Area, graduating from Gull Lake High school and returning with a Bachelor's degree from Ferris, to start his own real estate brokerage with his brothers, Bill and Chuck. Their real estate brokerage is now part of Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services-Team Clancy. Not only has Tom built his career here, he and his wife Kim, a 6th grade science teacher at Gull Lake Middle School, have chosen to raise their 4 children and establish deep roots in the Gull Lake community.
